ABCs of Life 39- Peace of mind

People say that our mind is like a monkey,
constantly trying to grab on something,
unable to sit-still~

Peace of mind,
is like trying to calm the monkey.
Trying to make it stop,
will only make it more agitated.

So how can we calm our monkey mind.
Just try to observe our breath.
Know that we are living in the now,
know that we are now.

Just observe your breath.
Know that you are alive. Now.
