ABCs of Life-52 Are you in the flow?

 Are you in the flow?  If you feel you are just cruising, riding the wave, heart expanding bigger and ever, then you are in the flow. If you feel your soul is just trying to push through the wall, push through your heart. Then it is time to stop, just stop. And feel and listen. Feel and listen, to what your soul is trying to tell you. And try to ride the wave again. It may not be easy, there may be challenges, but it will be fun. And you will be "filled" with fulfillment.

Happiness comes from doing what you love, with people you love. Do you know what you love? You know you have found your "happy" when you follow your heart and you can feel your heart expanding, growing and filled with bliss, just simple pure bliss.

Sometimes, what a person needs, are just some words of encouragement. Some heartfelt message, that stays forever in the other person's heart. Words of encouragement, works as good as a cup of hot cocoa in a cold day, warm and sweet and comforting. Giving you the strength to get up, pick up from where you left, ready to face the world.

Take some time to clear the clutter. Cleansing and clearing regularly. To feel anew again, to feel that you can take in any challenges, to know that with a clear and uncluttered mind, you can take on the world, most importantly, you know that you can be your best.
