ABCs of Life 44- Why

I have a dear, old ( he is 85 now)and very wise friend. He once told me, you have to know why you are doing what you doing. If no, find out strong enough reasons why you are doing it, because that the faith and confidence you have, the 'why' that will help you stick all the way, all the way to success, in whatever you are doing. Having the why is like having constant motivation, then understanding it fully, and knowing deep inside that this is 'why' you are doing it, even without knowing 'how', just hold on to your why, ask God~ ask yourself, makes all the difference.

ABCs of Life 43- Cry

What comes to your mind when you see this word? Red eyes? puffy cheeks? Babies hungry for milk or a change of diaper? What about crying out for joy? Crying out loud and freely? Just pure bliss and happiness~ And genuine fun?

ABCs of Life 42- Changing Paradigm

Take a look at the sky today. Ever realised that it is never the same? Sometimes you see a lot of clouds, sometimes just a few 'strands' of them, Or sometimes, you just do not see anything~ Only the clear blue sky. Life is sometimes like what see in the sky, it is never the same, thus when you change your paradigm, what you maybe able to see a different picture, feel a different sky, experience a different cloud-art~ Changing paradigm, always, to what your heart tells you, because, your heart is always right, now.

ABCs of Life 41- Resilience

Its the ability to bounce back, the ability to recover, to make a come-back. Actually, it is more than that, it is the attitude, and the willingness to say, this is it. Now is all you have, either being pulled back and sulk in the past, or make a come-back. Taking the courage to change again, to give a chance, to yourself, and the people who care about you.

ABCs of Life 40- Stretch

Sometimes opportunities are just out there, waiting for us to go pick it up, and enjoy them to the fullest. So, stretch whenever you can, cos remember, sometimes, we just to stretch a little, take the one step, to reach experience something great~

ABCs of Life 39- Peace of mind

People say that our mind is like a monkey, constantly trying to grab on something, unable to sit-still~ Peace of mind, is like trying to calm the monkey. Trying to make it stop, will only make it more agitated. So how can we calm our monkey mind. Just try to observe our breath. Know that we are living in the now, know that we are now. Just observe your breath. Know that you are alive. Now.

ABCs of Life 38- Taking up the challenge

Have you ever thought that THIS maybe the one? Maybe this is the chance that you've waited for all this while. Every successful person, every one of them, Decided at one stage of their life to take up the challenge. A really big one, that may risk all what they have worked on for all this while. Life does end somewhere, do you want to take a risk or do you want to play it safe? It's your choice.
