Believe that you can. Believe that the universe is kind to you. Decide on what you want to have and believe that you can do it. Affirmations help. Remember, believe in what you do and do what you believe in. You can do it!!!
I learnt this phrase from coach Rich Litvin. Have you ever felt that you are moving in all directions and not moving in any directions at all? Are you putting other people's need above yours? Do you even have 10 mins for yourself to just do nothing, and observe your breath? Slow down to create a space inside of you. Because slowing down doesn't mean that you are falling back, slowing down in such a fast pace world is to help you re-navigate where you are going. Slowing down to let the creative juices start flowing out again. Slowing down to bring out your best to serve. Slowing down to speed up.
Be bold and accept the challenge. It's ok to step up, it's ok to be courageous, and take a leap of faith. Take up the invitation to go out of your comfort cage. You will see a whole new world.
Today I choose to live consciously, not drowning in busyness and negativity. Today I choose to live responsibly, knowing that only I can choose what I want to feel and think. Today I choose to be grateful for all that I have, and all that are bestowed upon me. Today I am blessed, to be here, to be now, to be me.
